Bioy Ajijul was raised in the Philippines. Before pursuing higher education, he worked abroad for two years, gaining valuable international work experience and exposure to diverse work environments.

Upon returning to the Philippines, he continued his studies and earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering. During this time, he developed a strong interest in technology, software systems, and web development. Before pursuing his career in the Philippines’ Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry, Bioy worked abroad from 2013 to 2015 as a Cashier at Americana Group in Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This international experience exposed him to a multicultural work environment and helped him develop strong customer service, communication, professionalism, and problem-solving skills.

Following his return to the Philippines and the completion of his Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Bioy began his professional career in the Business Process Outsourcing industry, where he worked for several years. His experience in the BPO sector helped him develop strong technical expertise, communication skills, and adaptability, qualities that later became essential in his transition to the digital field.

During his tenure in the BPO industry, Bioy actively participated in corporate sports initiatives and was recognized as one of the Mythical Five awardees at the Concentrix Wheels Sportfest 2024. This recognition highlighted his competitive mindset, teamwork, discipline, and ability to perform under pressure, traits that he continues to apply in his work as a web developer and digital entrepreneur.
